We want our customers to be 100% satisfied & confident with their purchase and that's why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit of your purchase amount.

Unopened Products

You may return any unopened products within 30 days from purchase for a refund. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened Products

If you aren't satisfied with our matcha you may return it within 30 days from purchase for a store credit. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Completing a Return

To complete your return, please e-mail your order number to hello@soarorganics.com and we'll provide you with personalized instructions on returning your order.

Refund Notification

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and back into your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from the date of our refund confirmation e-mail, please cross check with your bank account to confirm if the refund has been processed. If not, try contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@soarorganics.com and we will escalate the issue with the payment processors.
