Returns

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and confident with their purchase and that's why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit of your product purchase amount.

Unopened Products

You may return any unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened Products

If you aren't satisfied with our matcha or hojicha products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a store credit. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, our 1kg bulk matcha products cannot be returned once opened.

eGift Cards

eGift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Completing a Return

To complete your return please email your order number to hello@soarorganics.com and we'll provide you with personalized instructions on returning your order.

Return Notification

Once your return is received and inspected we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund or store credit will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed back into your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from the date of our refund confirmation email, please cross check with your payment provider to confirm if the refund has been processed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@soarorganics.com and we will escalate the issue with the payment processors.
